FULLY TEMPERED GLASS

Tempered, or toughened, glass is a type of safety glass that undergoes a controlled heat or chemical treatment to significantly enhance its strength compared to regular glass. The quenching process creates surface compression and internal tension, allowing the glass to break into small, granular pieces rather than sharp, jagged shards, reducing the risk of injury. Due to its durability and safety properties, tempered glass is widely used in applications such as vehicle windows, shower doors, architectural glass panels, tables, refrigerator shelves, smartphone screen protectors, bullet-resistant glass components, diving masks, and various kitchenware items.

Thicknesses: 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, and 19 mm
For these thicknesses, the maximum dimensions are 2800 x 5000 mm and the minimum dimensions are 150 x 350 mm.

For 4 mm thickness, the maximum dimensions are 2850 x 2200 mm and the minimum dimensions are 150 x 350 mm.

For 5 mm thickness, the maximum dimensions are 2850 x 4800 mm and the minimum dimensions are 150 x 350 mm.

LAMİNATED GLASS

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass made by bonding two or more layers of glass with an interlayer in between. In case of breakage, the interlayer holds the glass together, preventing it from shattering into large, sharp pieces. This makes it an excellent choice for enhancing safety without compromising aesthetics.

APPLICATION AND SERVICES

We offer laminated glass in thicknesses of 0.38, 0.76, 1.14, and 1.52 mm, using PVB or EVA interlayers, all available in clear type.

Our curved glass options include tempered curved, laminated curved, and tempered laminated curved glass.

For processing, we provide CNC cutting, drilling, beveling, and double-sided flat polishing.

Printing and painting options include silk printing, sandblasting, UV connection, and screen printing.

We supply bulletproof glass in classes BR2 to BR7, in compliance with EN 1063, EN 356, as well as NS and UI 752 NS, STANAG, and NIJ UI 752 NS standards.

Smart glass is available in single layer, laminated, tempered, and tempered laminated types.

Double glazed glass options include flat & flat, tempered & tempered, and tempered laminated combinations.
