VACUUM BAGS

SEALANT TAPE

 This bagging film is made of polyamide and has very good stretchability, strong physical strength, and resistance to high temperatures and punctures. It is specially designed for making advanced composite materials and is ideal for use as a vacuum bagging film in autoclave molding. 

Thanks to its heat resistance and air-tight features, it can handle temperatures between 130°C and 300°C (266°F to 572°F) during the molding process. 

This transparent tube form film has a thickness of 40 / 50 microns, resists temperatures up to 170°C, comes in a 300-meter length with various width options, and offers elongation of 410% ±15% in the machine direction and 420% ±15% in the transverse direction.The length, width, thickness, and other details of the vacuum bagging film can be fully customized.

SEALANT TAPE IS COMMONLY USED TO SEAL THE EDGES BETWEEN VACUUM BAGGING FILMS AND MOLDS. IT OFFERS EXCELLENT SEALING PERFORMANCE WHILE ALSO BEING EASY TO REMOVE. SUITABLE FOR USE AT TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 130°C AND 200°C (266°F TO 392°F).

VACUUM VALVES

ACC 1001TF is an aluminum vacuum valve with a threaded base that makes it easy to insert through the vacuum bag. Its double-convex base gives it two sealing points to help prevent any leaks. The valve has a 1/4″ NPT threaded connector, which works with ACC 100TF connectors. The silicone rubber seal on the valve can handle temperatures up to 200°C (392°F).
